How do you package vinyl records for shipping?

We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

What is your return policy for opened items?

We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind if the factory seal has been broken.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
